We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do our best to provide you with excellent customer service.  Please contact us at if you have any concerns.  

Returns and exchanges are accepted up until 21 days after your order is shipped from our store.  The postmark date on your package must be made 21 days or fewer from the date that we ship your order.  This applies to domestic and international orders.  If you choose Standard International Shipping you may not be able to return your order since your shipment may not arrive within 3 weeks (choose Express International if you think you may be making a return.) 

Items on sale for 40% off or more may be returned for store credit only.  Once we receive your return, we'll issue a credit code that you can use for up to one year.

All returned swimwear must have the hygienic liner in place for your return to be accepted (the exception is baby sizes up to 24 months which sometimes do not come with a liner.)  All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and all tags must be on the clothing.

Underwear, such as panties, may not be returned.  This is the only item we will be firm about since we no know that no one wants to receive someone else's returned undies!  Please choose the size using the size chart provided for each item.  Bras may be returned and exchanged if they are unworn.

Christmas & holiday items such as holiday themed clothing and pajamas are not returnable if they are received after Christmas Day which falls on 12/25 every year.  


To return an item:
1) Put it in a plastic bag and then in a box or waterproof mailer.  It's fine to reuse the mailer that we used to mail the clothing to you, but remove any old stickers.  If you use a cardboard mailer, you must put the clothing in a plastic bag.  We are not responsible for clothing that arrives damaged or stained.
2) Include the packing slip or a copy of the internet order. 
3) Include any gifts that were enclosed with the items such as bows.  If you are keeping some of the items no need to return all the bows.

5) Be sure to obtain a tracking number or delivery confirmation.  Shipping insurance is optional.  

6) Once we receive your return it takes us 3-5 days to submit the refund.  Depending on your credit card company, it could take up to 30 days to see a credit on your statement.  An email will be automatically sent to you once we submit a refund on our side.  If you requested an exchange you should also receive an email once it is mailed out.
