What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is FREE in the United States with no minimum order! We ship close to our cost for international orders. Shipping costs are deducted from your balance if you choose to return an item, but we will not deduct the cost for shipping for one exchange item per order. We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all shipping except Next Day or 2-Day.
Do you ship Next Day or 2-Day?
Yes. We can ship Next Day or 2-Day Fedex or UPS if your order is received by 12 PM Pacific Standard Time. Please see our Shipping Page for more information.

Do you charge extra for Canada, Alaska, APO/FPO boxes?
We do not charge extra for Canada and Alaska, but there is a $5 charge for APO/FPO boxes since extra time is required at the Post Office to fill out forms.

Do you gift wrap, send a gift note, or gift receipt?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping for $5. We cannot wrap large items such as shoes or jackets, or tween dresses. Since we ship in soft packaging, we use plastic bags in pretty colors tied with tulle. Paper and bows will crinkle and rip during shipping. We'll include a gift receipt and gift note, if you let us know when you check out that you want one.
Why do you ship shoe boxes in used boxes?
Perhaps someday Bunnies Picnic will ship in spanking new, bleached white boxes filled with styrofoam peanuts and tons of plastic --- or not. We will often ship shoe boxes by reusing the small boxes and packing materials we receive from our designers so that we leave less of a footprint in the world and contribute less to the growing sea of plastic in the ocean. We hope you'll forgive our less than pretty boxes for this reason. We do use new plastic shipping mailers for our clothing but we hope that you will save them and reuse them in the future.
Can you charge my credit card for my exchange/purchase/etc?
We do accept credit cards but we do not keep them on file. In fact we never see your credit card number since our payments are accepted through a separate gateway.
Can I order over the phone?
We are happy to take your order over the phone if you wish to make your payment this way instead of through the website. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (866) 400-6119. Please leave your phone number, name and best time to reach you and we will get your order through for you.
Do you take checks or money orders?
Yes, we do. Once we receive your check or money order, we can put your items on hold for you. When the payment is verified, we will ship your items to you.
Do you have cats? Do you smoke? Do you use any perfumes or dryer sheets?
We do not have any cats in or around the building where our outfits are stored. We do not smoke and we do not allow anyone to smoke in or around our offices or warehouse. In addition, we do not use scented products so there is a low chance you will receive a perfumy outfit from us! We never ever use dryer sheets even in our own homes.
Where are you located?
Our office is located in Los Gatos in Northern California. We are an online-only shop but can provide personal shopping for customers in the SF/SJ Bay Area in California. Please "Like" us on our Bunnies Picnic Facebook Page for more information.

We send our best coupons and exclusive deals through our mailing list and to people who "Like" our Bunnies Picnic Facebook Page. Please also sign up on our homepage for emails.

We love entrepreneurs. If you design your own clothing line or accessories and are interested in having us feature your designs, please contact us. We would love to work with you.
